there is a rumor of slo county havin shitty weed. why don't we have any walk-in dispensaries and why aren't we allowed in the santa barbara dispesaries. can we open up dispensaries like riverside county did. riverside bans dispensaries yet people opened them anyway with no permit from the county.

I do find it odd we have no dispensaries and yet the polling on prop 19 had a slight majority in favor of legalization.
