CFL adjustable mounting solutions?

What's up everyone - I've been lurking around here a bit, drawing up the blueprints and whatnot, and have been noticing how a fair amount of people with a CFL setup just hang powerstrips bulbs coming out of them. Anyone have any input on what the best way is to get them to be easily variable in height.
and as to mounting some lights on the side of a box...any ideas on the best way to go about that?

to have the most accurate, best looking and organized and possibly efficient? i dk about the last one but just go to lowes or home depot and buy the light fixtures with reflectors and they have a clamp on them to so you can just clip them to the sides of whatevers near the growbox

all can be bought at home depot.

just make a nice fire hazard set up like me!! and prey evry night my basment isent burning while im sleeping

ive never had problems with my light rack and it holds it for enough away from the side theres no reason to worry about a fire.
