CFL and some blue wrap

I was wondering if I could use CFL and buy some blue film ( like stage light colour covers) to help get more blue light for veg and a red film for flowering?

donlt think it works like that bro; the spectral output would still be the same, just with a red or blue tint

The blue film would filter out red light but not add to the blue light. (and vice-versa for the red film). So percentage-wise you would have more blue light, but the total amount of light would be less.
