i have 1 plant budding its about 7 days in and looking pretty good my only question is do i have enough lighting. Im using 4 26w equivalent to 100w daylight spectrum in a closet 7ft tall by 3 ft wide by 1.5 ft deep. The plant is bagseed and about 24" tall vegged for a month and its been budding for a week

With a 7' ceiling you should be able to mount a real light in there. 400 Watt combo MH/HPS should be just what the doctor ordered.

ya deff daylight bulbs are 6500k on the color spectrum and are more of blue tint and for flowering u deff need 2700k bulbs they are more of a red color and are the best for flowering. daylight for veg...soft white or cool white for flowering. makes a huge difference

Color Temperature (CT) - Color temperature, which is measured in Kelvin, indicates whether a lamp has a warm, midrange or cool color appearance. "Warm" light sources have a low color temperature (2000-3000K) and feature more light in the red/orange/yellow range. Light with a higher color temperature (>5000K) features more blue light and is referred to as "cool."

if your plant is 24 inches tall depending on if its more sativa or indica, you could end up with a five foot plant, even with 4x42 watt 2700k thats still not enough light for a plant that size, i would go with 6X42 on the top and 4x42 on the sides so that the plant is getting good light coverage, unlike HID lights CFLS do not penetrate leaves very well, making it difficult to get a large yield because the lower buds dont get as much light, so add some on the sides and hope you got a indica dominant plant unless you want to take care of a 5 or 6 foot plant in your 7 foot closet.
