CFL First time grow with pics

Hello there, ive been learning a lot from this forum, i thought it is time for me to put some pics up and see if im doing ok. My setup is,

3xCFL (between 20W-30W)
Anonymous potting soil (which i figured, doesnt have any nutes at all)
Some local nute ( contains N,P2O5,K2O,B,Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn)

OK so its been 4-5weeks since it popped from anonymous seed which i think belongs to some sativa. At first i couldnt realized the soil is lack of nutes for 2 weeks, first set of fan leaves turned out to be really small and showing signs of some def. with purple edges. I thought it was going to die starving and i finally added the nute everytime when i watering the plant. Its been 16 days since i saved the plant, it was around 2-3cm with single set of small fan leaves back then.

The plant is kinda mobilized because im putting it directly under day light during the day and CFL at nights so its 24/0 for the whole time. Now, the big leaves feels a little bit dry, do you think it is time to feed it from the leaves too? Could someone please enlight me about it? Please feel free to make comments about anything. Thanks

Yes i have been feeding since 16 days which i think led it to get out of stun. growth was really slow in the first 2 weeks. I think it was because the lack of nutes in my low quality soil. Do you think i should start feeding her (hopefully:) from the leaves?

I dont feed for like the first three weeks. You don't want to burn em. if you want bigger plants you need bigger lights and bigger pots.

I am planning to transfer it to a bigger pot and get rid of that infertile soil that im using right now. Do you guys think that those small lower leaf set would cause any damage to the vegging stage? It looks like the plant built upside down with the leaves getting bigger to the top

Can anyone identify those small nutes between the stems in the first 2 pics? are those preflower forms of male sacks or female pistils or is it just too early for those stuff? It seem like there are some more leafs coming out. There are some stains in 2 fan leaves, please check the third photo closer. What are those stains? How am i doing guys?

too early, definitely need to get them in their final pots. should be at the very least a gallon each. they arent stretching, which is good, but you wana get them under a couple more cfls and start adding a night cycle in there. they definitely need both night and day now. its pretty hard to tell what strain they are, but no worries. just grow them out and enjoy! lol. they only need to be watered when the soil is crispyish on the top level...a lot of people build a cabinet of sorts to capture in light during the day and keep light out during their night, EXTREMELY important in the flowering phase, where the light should be 12 hours on, 12 off...but for now you could start with 20/4...thats what i run for vegging anyway...you could flower them now, they seem to have enough nodes, but you might want them to stretch out a lil more...definitely will need time for the roots to develop once transplanted...

Allright i added perlite to my shoplist with the new pots and good soil, i also might be able to afford some more powerfull lights later in the flowering. Thank you a lot for your comments and advices, it looks a bit dark yes, i will ease on the nutes for sometime to see if its getting brighter.

@RadeonDEUS,
If i start with 20/4, will it show its gender? If so, is it possible to keep it vegging some more after i see that it is female? Its like 5" tall or so, dont you think it is too early to start flowering? I mean, how many nodes do you think there should be before flowering? Questions are keep popping up my brain, first grow is a bitch :D thanks for all info.

im going with 20/4 for few days now, alternating nodes are keep growing branches, when do you think it will start showing gender or how to call if it is ready for flowering?
