CFL GROW........Night 7 of 12/12....

My set up...

-8 23w 2400k cfls all bunched together with ghetto reflector reflecting light down...

-Miracle Grow 6 Month time Relase Soil ... (no extra nutes added)

-Big pots....one gray 5 gallon trash can.. and others

-I have a ph meter.. but not checking ph this time...and they seem to be doing ok


So i have 4 babys...BTW...ONE IS A MUTANT! circled in red.......... this time i dident check the dates i planted.. They have been on 12/12 for 7 nights now.... When can i expect buds? or sex to show?

I also have a bunch off 2 day old seedlings growing. Im trying to do a "12/12 From seed grow"

I never have ever added nutes..always just miracle grow soil...nothing else added.... and never got a decent grow yet...It was always eather.. ph...males....... 5-0... etc...... But this time they look great in shape...

What do you think i will pull off one plant?
Should i add extra nutes? if so when?
Will those 12/12 from seed babys work?
Wen will they show sex?

no help? please help would be great

Just curious, if you've never had a successful grow wouldn't that encourage you to change things?

I have changed alotr of things and tryed alot... but i noteced the easyest novice way is with miracle grow... i have compleated cycles and flowered them... but i only got like 1/4 oz.... I am aimin for at least an oz after i harvest it all.... I have had good outdoor grows... but some got seeded... i have just gotton alot of bad luckj growing...

wait why the fuck is it flowering now when its small as hell? u plan to harvest an 8th? lol

lol for real? you dont see the 3 branches? if i had a better camera i would show you....Marijuana grows with stories... and cris cross... in a x formation with there preflower grouths.. mine has not 2 on eash... but 3 bud sights.. so it grows in a Y formation

Your dirt sucks.
slow release dirts don't feed your plant correctly.

The best advice I could give you, is to pick up a $5 bag of potting soil and use it.
If you want to add peat moss/perlite that's up to you.

But dirt is just dirt.
Too many people complain about dirt on this forum.

Also miracle grow sucks.

What kinda potting soil would relese nutes and still be better then miracle grow?

im assuming c.indica was meaning dont use ANY slow release soils. buy some regular old potting soil and some nutes.A good CHEAP nute package can be had from smoke and grow.about ten dollars for the whole grow.My girls and my garden seem to like them.regardless of who you choose to buy nutes from try to stay away from miracle grow.

I have a confermed female she is in a big gray trash can so thats a releaf... some times i grew small buds cuz i forgot to transplant lol.....but there is plenty of root space now i got those 8 23w 2400k cfls....and just miracle grow time relses nutrent soil...no extra nutes

what do you guys think i will pull off? this is my first time doing it right and gitting it right..

Ok i have a important question... cause if that is a REAL MALE And not a hiding female or a hermapridite... then i need him gone ASAP.

It's a damn shame it had to be the mutant that was the Male... he had an extra bud sight on everstory... thats right... 3 bud sights instead of 2!

The female is showing more white hairs... and the males balls are gitting bigger...

QUESTION---- If the plant shows a ball... and then it opens up to have a white hair come out... its a female right?
QUESTION----If the plant shows more then one ball coming out and they open up and there is no whit hair... thats a male right?

Whats the issue with miracle grow soil????? I'm having great success with using it. Just curious, thanks.

spend $10 on ebay on some bud candy and when it arrives tell them it never showed up and try getting money back or another bottle so its a win win

Heres the mutanat i riped up that had more then one ball comin out of it.. so it must of been a male....see the 3 bud sights? lol damn shame..

But i still got the biggest one witch is confermed female and the othor 2 still to show..
I layed the big female on here side, and lowered the lights.. to allow more covorage to the lower branches
I lsted the other to to bring them down to her level..

The problem with the MG time release or whatever is because when your about to start nuting your plant it get's burnt because the MG is releasing the nutes then. It was something of the such.

Balls with white hairs are girls...balls with no hairs are male and you should never wait more than a few days to get them out before the open and spread pollen.

The key word is slow release. These are good for perennials/plants in your garden that you intend to harvest fruit from over a long period.
With cannabis, you want to feed it in an accurate time frame, and have it use all the available nutrients before you completely kill the plant and remove it.
In other words, the food will become available when you need it least.

Don't take this the wrong way, but isn't that why your suppose to start with a fraction of the dose of nutes and work your way up? I suppose this doesn't apply to me then, i don't use slow release, its just regular MG potting soil I believe.
