my question is how do i hook up the splitter and string them together..if i get the splitter and it has a hot wire and a nutural wire..

i splice a extension core right and connect them that way...what am i suppose to ground the ground wire to in the extension cord?

Hook them up in parallel

Don't worry about the ground wire
