Will 2 100w cfl grow lights work with one plant? 3000 lums 6500k

In a 2 square foot area,yes...but I wouldn't grow tgem very tall at all and make use of LST and maybe scrog one plant.

Yes, they will work but you should think about 2700k for flower also. 6500k will work for flower but you'd yield much better results with 2700k.
