obviously a noob question but is there some sort of fixture that you can buy to screw the bulbs into? Im talkin about the household sized cfl bulbs. Every pic im seeing on here seems like each light is separate and requiring its own outlet on a power strip or something. Im thinkin about gettin those cfl's from htgsupply.com in the grow and bloom six packs. So how does the hook up work? Can I just go to home depot and get a fixture that holds like six at a time or do I gotta ghetto rig something? Thanks for the feedback

Its very easy to make something like this http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b209/TheAdamizer/DSCN0490.jpg for under $25. On your first try it will take you about 5 minutes to setup your fixture.

First buy any bathroom fixture like this one: http://lighting-store.com.au/lightshop/images/classic-hollywood-three-light-vanity-bar.jpg
[Walmart has a 3 Light Fixture for $8.97]

Then buy a extension cord that looks like this: http://electrogalaxy.dtopinc.com/catalogimages/pet15-0343.jpg
[$5 Home Depot]

A pack of wire nuts [$2 Home Depot] http://www.rd.com/images/tfhimport/2005/20050901_HCR_wirenut_img001_size2.jpg

And buy some Y-Adapters [$1 Home Depot, buy as many as you have light sockets]

Next, wire the light fixture to the extension cord; copper to copper, black to black, and white to white [Match the wires up, twist them together, and twist a wire nut on to them]

Plug in the Y adapters and your bulbs.

Daylight (6500k) for Veg and Warm white (2700-3500k) for Flower.

Plug it in and your set!

You gotta ask hempmeister how to build that professional reflector :)

Yes ^^^^

My grow has a similar setup. I bought mounts for $1, wired them myself with $1 cords, bought Y splitters for $1, lights 2 for $6 at Walmart. Got a piece of fiber board from Home Depot custom cut for my grow area. Mounted lights on the board, hung with some materials bought it was really quite simple
