CFL or LED better?

I own a 125W CFL bulb from Hydrofarm blue spectrum and a 65W LED bulb that is in the red spectrum. Which bulb is better for Veg? The 65W LED puts out more lumens but the CFL has a better spectrum so what do you think?

What space are you covering? Are those watts actual, or the "equivalent" rating?

You want some warm/red with the cool/blue, but it should be more cool in veg. With the Cree A19/A21 LED lightbulbs, people do 3:1 or 4:1 cool:warm.
