Not sure its a problem but i had a cfl shatter onto 3 of my plants...picked out what i could...think this will be a problem?

I would spray the whole plant down very well with water, imo

i wouldn't spray with water. blow hard with fan on plant, also on top soil. mercury is bad, mkay? water might make it stick to leaves and absorb. any white powder you see needs to be eliminated at all costs.

alrighty...thanks ceestyle..i just watered them last night so i think ill try the fan method this time see what happens...thx for the reply

no..watered last night...the light shattered this morning...dam box of dvds fell on the light ...grrr

that sucks. good luck. you might even take the top 1/4-1/2" of topsoil off and replace it. I wonder how much mercury actually is in CFLs compared to what will make you insane. Lemme see ...

well...im already insane lol...actually i just went in and took the vacuum to it..gonna add a little more soil...hope its ok...thx
