I`d give it another week Ados, let it grow another 4inches or so (next node set), and pinch the head then. Should branch out really nice by the looks of it. Great job mate,

Alright ... went back and checked. Wow, a day ahead of you my friend. Hope that job is awesome, I couldn`t go with gardening or smoking, no way, haha. You`re going to want to finish them as quick as you can at this point, IMO. I wouldn`t want someone else making the executive decisions for my babies while I`m away while into heavy flower later. You could top now, flip your lights, and screen after a week and those plants would be just fine if you wanted to go that way (makes most sense to me). Got some decisions ahead of you mate, keep us posted,

Little update:
Spent the last 2 days basically rebuilding the box-painted the interior white and put some more emergency blanket up in select areas. Also installed a 6" duct booster fan with a carbon filter (took forever to get something to work, have to return a bunch of fittings now too). The taller plant smells like citrus where as the small one WREAKS like skunk..so much so that when I was playing around with the box, the room i left the plants in smelled like skunk pretty bad. I'm hoping the carbon filter I put in does the trick. I also came to the conclusion that exhaust wasnt the only problem, it was not having a big enough intake so I installed another computer fan to blow in. Temps right now (with an extra lightbulb) are around 76. That's only 5 degrees F hotter than room temp, much better than before. I topped the big plant today too..not sure if i did it right and took more than I should have off..im sure it will be fine though. Cleaned out the res & added 100% nutes according to GH's schedule.
A problem I forsee is going to be getting the plants/res out to change it every week when it starts getting a lot bigger. I think next grow I will go with coco or try the hempy bucket system...Really anything that I dont have to 40lbs of water in a cooler with plants trying not to spill it in awkward positions once a week lol

Thanks bud..temps are great..since youre the only one that seems to be following and from ontario its between 24-26 celsius 
I cant believe how different the 2 smell. Just bent one over a little bit underneath the screen to expose more light and tried to spread it out a little bit more so more leaves get light, but there's 2-3 big fan leaves that are blocking light to the stuff lower below..ill leave them for a bit as the plant looks happy and flourishing.. I'm going to flip the lights to 12/12 in 1-2 weeks or so..
The job kind of destroyed my plans for this whole box..to take a couple clones, gete them going and have somewhat of a perpetual scrog/mainline..and it really sucks to not be smoking right now as its a beautiful sunday, have to do some chores outside, etc..oh well.. I had to quit for 8 months last year for another job (ive been smoking for 9 years)..2 tokes from a joint for months after that and I was toasted-now I have to smoke a whole joint to get the same effect, so it will be nice that my tolerance will be low for when my plants are ready to harvest..Im definately going to gamble twice to try out each strain!

Just curious, what kind of job is it? I hate random drug test jobs. I had a pretty good paying oxygen delivery job that drug tested and I was all scared but I just faked the drug test with a rubber glove filled with my friends clean piss LOL. I was driving around smoking bowls and delivering medical supplies and it was amazing, the job ended up being horrible though, I had to quit after only a month because I was working 12-14 hours a day and I was on-call all the time and I was just like WTF I just want a full time job not a every second of everyday job. It was a great job and I loved the patients but I just couldn't do that....it was destroying my body much too fast lol

Its a construction job..
In canada youre not allowed to random drug test. So a lot of up north companies make you sign an agreement waving that right so you have to do a pre-employment, post-accident or a test IF theres a really obvious sign youre on drugs. Pretty sad actually..lots of people will just do hard drugs cause theyre out of your system in a few days. Sucks too cause theres a lot of days I would really really like to toke up..I'll work anywhere from 2-4 weeks straight 10-12 hour days away from home. gotta do whatcha gotta do
Ive passed tests before, after a week or two of smoking..pretty stressful doing it because the metabolites are still detectable, but with the right amount of exercise with a week or two of creatine, a multivitamin with lots of vitamin b and drinking tonnes of water and hitting the steam room everyday you can dilute your urine enough without them being able to detect it

Another update: I will be switching the lights to 12/12 on Wednesday, not Friday..I would like to veg for another 2 weeks or so, but with my work schedule I cant-so Ill make the best of it. My light schedule is 20 hours light, 4 of dark. Im going to increase the darkness 2 hours a day until Wed when it will even out at 12/12

Yea I've seen all kinds of ways to pass drug tests work first hand. A kid I used to know was on probation a few years ago and he smoked with us all the time and all he did to pass his drug test was drink a gallon of water and piss a million times. I know that isnt really considered passing if its just diluted but they never said a word. He passed every test.
Thats funny that you are drug tested for a construction job. Here in the US with my experience doing that work, most everyone smokes weed. I used to do sheet rocking and we would blaze everyday at work, literally holding up the sheetrock with one hand toking up in the other. It was cool excepts a lot of the other guys liked other things as well while working...like alcohol...

Hey guys! Just flipped the lights to begin their first 12 hours of darkness cycle! Pretty pumped!
The nutes I put in last friday were: 12.5ML grow, 7.5ML micro, 2.5 ML bloom per gallon, x 5 gallons. During the first week of "transition" GH calls for 10 ML of each grow, micro and bloom per gallon. I added 2.5ML of micro and 5 ML of bloom / gallon x 5 gallons before turning the lights off. Also PH balanced to somewhere around 5.4ish, its hard to tell with the drops compared to the piece of paper.. I've been pretty happy with the PH consistency, it doesnt seem to fluctuate at all even after 3-4 days.
2 days ago I started LSTing the big plant, she seemed to love it. Basically bent her over in half and moved some of the fan leaves to allow light to get to the budsites. These plants would have just flourished with another 3-4 weeks of vegging, but we'll see what happens. I always laugh when people ask on the forums how much people think their plant can produce, seeing has theres no way to really tell, but im tempted to ask the same thing with this short veg lol Im hoping for atleast a dried 1/2 oz between the 2 plants. I also lowered the screen so its about 3-4" above the lid and helping to train the plant.

They`ll really start coming into their own in the next week or two Ados. So dense right now, they`ll want to get their stretch on a bit now that lights have been cut 12/12. Good job mate, keep us updated

Yup im hoping they'll stretch pretty good and fill this screen up as much as possible. I want to check on em but I cant..its dark from 8 am - 8 pm to avoid really hot temps in the summer. I figure these will be ready to chop down around the first week of august. I have 3 bulbs 2700k and 3 bulbs 6500k right now. I bought 2 more 2700k CFLs yesterday but they dont have the proper socket on them to plug it in, gotta return em and get the proper ones

I cant believe how much they stretched in a single day! The smaller one really took off, grew about an inch. Now that I've started flowering, is it safe to take a clone? I know I should probably have done it during veg but I don't think either of them were ready and the timing didnt really work out for me. Id like to take 1-2 clones in the next 4-6 weeks-is it feasible? Heres some pics, enjoy

. You`d be safe to take a clone at this point too, make sure it stays under 24/0 though to avoid it trying to flower like the mother. great job, I`ll be around,
**Edit - You will not be able to take clones any further along then 2 weeks though mate, just not feasible **
