CFL Wattage?

How many watts are necessary to sprout seedlings?

just sprout then your going HID?

Sprouting indoors growing outdoors, or do you think I should just sprout outdoors?

For my seedlings to sprout required no watts, germinated in a moist paper towel then planted and waited a day or so for the seedling to sprout up. Are you wondering how much wattage you need to raise a seedling in vegetative light cycle? I used about 26w per seedling or 1 CFL per. Once they are big enough to replant, then I will have 50+ watts for each seedling/young plant. Then they go into flower which I hope to have at least double the watts per plant.
