bro id call that quite a catch. more like a striper on a fly rod which isnt unheard of.

Ha! No prob..and thanks again:).
Those particular seeds were mexi-brickweed,we got a lot of that shit here in Texas.I started with 76 seeds to get 37 females. Its kind of a bitch paper towel germinating 76 seeds.None really dense, some more potent than what it came from:)

It's nothing special I'm doing. The best I gather is a lot of people havn't grown a damn thing in their lives let alone a marijuana plant.Inexperience leads to being a helicopter grower..always hovering over their plants, overwatering mainly. It just kills kids to just leave it alone.I mean I could go 2 days at times and not even open the closet doors.;)peace

i use fems only and typically cup winning sativa dom plants. i flowered a brick seed 1x the produce wasnt worth the resources it took to grow it. After that i stuck with fem seeds of loved genetics , jack, western winds, haze etc.

Ive enjoyed gardening since my teens.

It's only an analogy my friend's,

I could go out and buy an HID setup tomorrow, like most of us here, however pinching a penny for me seem's par for the course. I have to put my boy's through college and worry about my retirement savings. And anyhow I don't live anywhere near an ocean and my fly rod is still in the box! Man, I got to stop smoking this shit. Hee, hee.

Peace,

Hey All,

My last plant yielded just under four ounces dried. A Northern Light Automatic grown in soil under 115 watts of multi spectrum CFL'S (3000K and 6500k ). Two additional 3000k 23 watt CFL'S on the sides(using adjustable light extenders ). I fed half strength after every second watering. I love automatics now. You can find short strains that produce large yields. I got a shit load of photo bean's, but for the winter I think I will concentrate on automatics.

Peace

I am well impressed with your plants man. Just planted a couple seeds today myself, NL auto (80% NL and 20% ruderalis from Royal Queen seeds) in a couple of 15L pots (50/50 coco perlite).

My grow space is 0.75 x 0.45 x 1.35m lined with foil. 8 x 6500k 23w cfls for veg and 8 23w 2700k for flowering on a 20/4 light schedule.

I'm more of a hybrid guy but I bought NL auto because it is supposed to be high yielding and especially low odour.

I am expecting an ounce per plant but you really got that much off a single plant.

Mind blown!

I had the pleasure of growing this Northern Lights, and was ecstatic with the results. Very nice high. So easy to grow and very little odor. Here's a link to the seeds:

Peace bros, keep the cfls alive!

This keeps me positive I can get a good yield from my plants as long as I take care of them.
