I have a 400watt hid over 4 plants right now, but I also have 2 125watt fluros (color temp 6400k, base e39) that I havent been using. Would these be worth putting up for supplemental lighting during flowering?

the title says cfl's and your post says fluoros, which one is it? in either case yes the more lighting the better but a 400 watter should be plenty for 4 plants. if you want to put up your other lights i would suggest doing it so the lights shine on the bottom and sides of the plants.
