I'm sure it is possible as you can flower pretty well with a MH. It's just not ideal. Maintain your nitrogen throughout bloom so your plant doesn't yellow/purple - you want as much green chlorophil as possible.

You can use anything you want for flowering and it will work.

The question is :) How much yield will you get in return?

Yes your light will work and yes you would get possibly much more from a proper spectrum bulb. (2700 kelvin)

My advice and IMHO spend a few bucks, get some CFLs more suited to flowering stage.

Alrite how do you hook all them up to 1 outlet. Oh and thanks for the quik responce.
Either get the electrical guy at your favorite home supply/depot store to explain the relatively simple wiring process to you... or (since I don't trust myself with wiring at all) this is what I recently did: You can buy a power outlet strip or two (can be easily mounted to the sides or roof where you want your lights), 'outlet-to-socket' adapters (these are just simple light bulb sockets with a standard electrical plug at the base instead of a cord or wires), and Y adapters (turns one light socket into two). All can be found at the lighting/electrical section of Lowe's/Home Depots/etc. and are very cheap along with CFL bulbs. If you want to get fancy with that set-up you can get electrical outlet extenders that bend and/or rotate so that you can direct your lights better...

Just to add a disclaimer: I'm definitely not an electrician, so I'm unsure if this is as safe a set-up as possible. Use at own risk. However, all the parts I used above were rated for outdoor or wet environment use (including the power strips), the power strips included surge protection and ground fault interruption - which only added a very small amount to the total cost and lets me sleep a little better at night.
