Most people use soft white for flowering which has a lot lower colour temp 2700k. For veg i'd say you want a daylight bulb with a higher colour temp 6500k. Think that's right don't hold me to it though!
you are correct hmmm123, for veg use bulbs with a color temp around 6500k. When you switch to 12/12 for flowering the bulbs need to around 2700k-3000k. Check out the GrowFAQ, its all there
