CFM for a 1000 cu. ft. Room?

We bought a house and moved in a few weeks ago. My grow room is in limbo till we can get proper exhaust installed. Still have to use the tent for flowering, and veg is in the "main" part of the room. These will be switched once the exhaust is done, but until then I have to keep the doors open to prevent the room's humidity from skyrocketing; and then there's the soon-to-come So. CA summer, so now is definitely the time to get this finished. Not to mention, the room certainly isn't stealthy with both the doors open and the smell permeating the house! (Just cause I'm growing legally doesn't mean I need to advertise my grow.)

So, the room is 1,000 cubic feet. Suggestions for CFM that will adequately exhaust hot, humid, smelly air out (through the ceiling & roof) would be greatly appreciated. I've gotten the rest of my homework done... just have no clue about CFM for a grow room my size.

I'm guessing an intake fan would also be a good idea... again, no idea what CFM would be adequate.

Thanks in advance for any exhaust, intake, CFM-related advice. :D
