Chai Cinnamon Tea Recipe I do

Hey everyone. Since my harvest, I had been trying to find something to do with the really funky big fan leafs I had left over. We were dying of cottonmouth one day so I decided to make tea with the leaf. It's really good and super refreshing. Enjoy!

Get a large pan of water throw it on the stove. Shake into the water, cinnamon, enough to cover the top of the water. Throw in coriander and cardamon, enough that would fit into the palm of your hand. Then add the fan leafs. Add a bunch the more the better. A handful or two is good. Stir that all together and get it boiling. Add a tiny sliver of real butter, i mean the tiniest sliver like the thickness of hair. It's not supposed to taste like butter so use the tinyist bit and it will dissipate during the cooking. You can add brown sugar to taste at this point. 4 or 5 tablespoons Yum. Simmer for about 10 to 20 minutes. Get a strainer and line with paper coffee filters and pour the tea thru the strainer into another container. Refrigerate or serve right away with ice cubes.
