Chance for recovery?

Ok so I've been doing LST for two of my plants for about a month now. They've been doing great, however, a couple days ago I noticed a fairly sharp crease in the main stem of one of my plants. It doesn't appear to be a full break, at least not on the exterior of the stem. I don't know if I accidentally did some form of super cropping. The growth has appeared to slow a little bit and im wondering if this is why. I noticed it Thursday and it's Saturday evening now. Should I try to splint it or just remove the ties while it heals? I have no experience whatsoever with super cropping or what would be considered super cropping. Give me your opinions

It’ll be just fine, nothing to worry about.....kind halfway through a spot you were trying to super crop like you said.

I noticed little drops of "juice" seep out when I slightly straightened the stem out so I think it's a little deeper than I thought it was

How long does it usually take to heal and for growth to continue? I'm sure I have maybe a ph issue or something as well but it seems like all growth has ceased compared to the way it was growing last week

Just sit back relax,it will be fine.lol.
I'm trying to take your advice but godamn is it hard for me to just leave the plant alone. This is my first grow and I feel like a new parent. I wanna know what its doing every minute and I wanna see it and check ever square inch of its body to make sure it's in tip top shape. I go back to work tomorrow so I won't be sitting at home all day with the urge to check on the plants. Thanks for the reassurance though lol

Comply.
Inspect.
Conclude.

This sort of iteration is hard to skip over.

That stem is fine, wouldn't cause any issue. I do the same thing on purpose as I don't have time to tie down 200 sq ft of canopy. So I pinch the tops that are growing faster than the others. I occasionally have to put some foil tape around one or two that break almost off and they are fine.

If you broke your arm would you want me resetting it once a day?

Let it be and it will heal. Keep fucking with it and slow growth will be your mantra.
