chances of getting problems

I keep seeing people complaining about there plants geting deceases and deficiencies and I am planning on growing for the first time soon. So I would like to know what are the chances of encountering problems. and how serious are they. and also how necessary are checking nutes and ph and fixing the problems.

Problems of one sort or another will happen to first tiime growers and old time growers all the same... it just is what it is. But with each DX and treatment/remedy you do, the better you get at growing.

PH/PPM is most critical for hydro growers from the start...... for soil growers it's not as critical.... until the plant shows signs of a problem.

yeah i am a newb but if you are growing hydro, keep an eye on the roots.
another thing there are preventative measures to take. I use flora shield for the roots and all seasons neem oil for prevention of spider mites, and other pest seems to do the trick for me.

and on that note i don't know if i just had bad luck in the beginning but problems are common for me until i took some measures to prevent them, its not that easy to grow for me, you have to follow everything to exact directions, no light leaks, change ur res, proper temps, the whole enchilada. Or you wont have good results. well thats just my 2cents hope it helps.
