Changing light times

I have two rooms ,one veg ,and one flower, I run my flower from 630pm to 630am , but I wasnt paying attention, "noob" and my veg room turns off at 630 & runs till 230am when it should be coming on at 630pm and turning off at 1030 am

Is there a way for me to make that happen without upsetting my ladies or am I gonna jus have to change my flower time this go round , in the pic u can tell im only just finishing wk 1 of veg ,but will only be vegging for 3 weeks .

Also any input on if u think the ladies look good or need anything

You have to make your times clearer, I'm not understanding.

The morning time on the veg plants is at 230am when it should be at 630pm how can I change the times without stressing

You can either just change your times leaving your veg lights on until you reach your optimum time or if your worried then adjust them an hour every few days until you get there. A single incident of light change will not stress your plants to the point of harming or herming.
