nvm, i found out what the cfl's are, turns out im using one atm a small 100w twisty one. What kind of cfl do i need?

for veg you will need 6500k daylight bulbs and for flowering you will need between 2700 and 4100k bulbs

You could buy a Plug and Grow 200w Envirolite light which is under £60

you can get some t8 florescent from ebay for about 80 bucks, there work fine for vegging.
