Cheap digital camera specifically to take plant pictures.

Can anyone recommend a camera. I only take pictures of my plants and I get terrible pictures.
Something with simple settings. I dont want to become a camera expert. I simply want to be able to pull a plant out of the box. Take a good picture of it. MAYBE even be able to take a macro closeup of some trichs. But atleast be able to take a nice picture of the plant itself that shows it how it really looks.

Thanks in advance.

It kind of depends on what "cheap" is...but I use a Nikon coolpix..you can pick them up for a good price...just take on the highest quality, tripod and use the timer and make sure you have LOTS of light. Then you after you take a few, just use a picture program, photoshop or similar and zoom way in...I get pretty good results...if you want better go for a canon rebel with a 50mm lens. Just make sure you have plenty of light and the camera is very steady.
