I've been doing a lot of homework on LED growing!
As I understand you can use warm white 3500k through the entire grow!
Searching eBay I stumbled on these -

They 50w 4000lm cob chips! They are also waterproof! You get a pack of 10 for £103!
That's 40000lm warm white light in total and with them being 10 separate units you could in theory cover every inch of your plants! Being waterproof you could have the light on the floor of your grow room shining upwards if needed!
My question is for the LED experts would this be a viable cheap option if we are able to control the heat they may or may not give off?
