cheap ppm meter

Hi there,
I'm looking for cheap ppm meter. I have found this on eBay:

Is it any good for a newbie. Can you recommend something different?

If it's possible, I'd save up for a better PPM meter. It will pay for itself 100 fold. I've never had luck with cheap ones. It could just be my luck though

I got one at wall mart. A cheapy it seems to work ok. had it for about a year."Sorry was a ppm tester"

I started DWC and hempies with one like that, in fact doing great with DWC now. I've now saved up enough to buy a nice one from the local hydro store if I need one but I happily use the cheap one.
