Cheapest but effective veg light?

What can I get for around $100 that would serve as a light to put my clones under for vegging.(3,4 at a time) All I need it for is to keep my clones vegging till I get to the desired height i want then I will move outside. I live in Hawaii so I can grow all year but unfortunately if you put them straight out they will almost start flowering immediately:sad:

P.S. I did look at the sticky but there is far too many options and I can't decide which one will fit me for my purposes.

Here is the cheapest I could come up with, and it works great! Go to Lowes and get 2 4' Fluorescent shop fixtures. WalMart has twin packs of T-8 (I know the shops say T-12 only, but trust me....) 6500k cool White Plus bulbs for under $6. I use yo yo hangers to move my lights up and down...

$20.00 >> (2) 4' Shop lights at $9.99 each
$12.00 >> (2) Twin packs of 6500k cool White Plus T-8's

$32 Total

That gives me 4' x 16" of veg, seedling or clone space. I use a timer for 18/6

I don't know if it's better, but i know it keeps my young plants looking great and they grow their ass off under those lamps. I also have my clones under the same bulbs.

T5's are nice, but you can go to home depot or something like that and buy some T8 floros for like $15

Went to my local hydro store and got this for starters. Once I get more experience I will upgrade, but for about 4 plants max at a time, think this might just do, I sure hope so. They will end up outdoors anyway for flowering.

Sorry looks like I posted the Spanish side lol
