Cheapest place to buy hps

I keep hearing and reading about low bay HPS lights for 35 dollars that you can convert over to normal house outlets yourself on lighting warehouse websites/ebay, but i never see anything for under 100 bucks. If anyone knows where to get one could you please post the URL, thanks =)

ebay, theres a dude from cali with a price of 180 for ballast,lamp,bulbs(mh, and hps) plus a timer and the cords for the lamp.o and theres a batwing reflector. good shipping no mater where you are.
