Whatcha guys think.
Set up. 2 visparsun xs2000. Autos in a 12 gallon tote 4 4” stones. Photo 2 4in stones. Photo was tipped several times and flipped at 6 weeks. The other photo is still in the veg tent and I’ll put to flower in 4 weeks I guess (perpetual grow that I screwed up space and timing with. On deck is 2 autos strawberry hubby bubba. 2 photos, mimosa and banana hammock.

On the left 3 autos. Left to right. 24k gold. Watermellon zittles. Sidecar.

The photo end lemon cherry gelato x end game

Things are pretty under control running around 1.2-1.5 vpd. Temps can hit 82-84, outside temp currently 75. I have the 4in fan cycling on 4 for 5 mins and 10 for 15 mins. CO2 bag which gets the room with the fan on low to high 6-700ppm. The ac isn’t on yet but that helps the humidity and heat. I just worry at lights off getting to far below 70. Ec autos - 1.8-1.9 ec photos 1.8-1.9.

Veg tent. Temps 2 visparsun xs1500 pro. Temps 70-78 rh doesn’t go under 70 (at first it was low so I bought the humidifier. This is another photo. Ethos power punchberry

The idea was to have the 2 photos go in the floor tent. 4 weeks have another 2 go in. And the autos stay in the veg tent. The autos are way too big for that.

I planned to have the floor room as a RDWC since they drink the most water and I wanted to set up large resibours to feed into the controls.

My goal is variety and decent yield. That’s why I got the autos and can perpetually grow photos.

How can I maximize my space. I need 2 controls and 2 large res because of the different nutrient schedules right? Or can I find a sweet spot. I don’t want to put something into flower with the same nutes as something that’s 4 weeks old. I’d like to pull 2 pounds a month. Which unknown is pretty high.controls off on the right side of the closet. The large tote will go on top of that. Another on top of that in a shed unit. These will have pre mixed nuts. So it’s auto topping off as it’s always refilling the buckets and I can not have to pour water in every day. I can do travel. .
2 4 gallon buckets that run. Two of to one control and 2 go to another control. I have to have 2 because of the different nute levels. 2 plate in and 4 weeks later another 2 go in.

What advice? Where should i move that fan? I have a 5” hole cut in the door and a fan on the other side to help air in.

Veg tent the same idea. Fan outside though blowing in. Seeds clones on a heating mat. I didn’t have any issues with the 4 plants in that tent until it hit around week 4-5 and the autos started flowering.
Definitely only doing 2 autos 2 photos. Then 2 more photos for the perpetual grow

Ideas guys. 4 plants fits in there right now but it’s tight. How can I get to my goals? I also only plan to flower the photos for 6 weeks. So I can top twice. Try to do the autos the whole time in the veg tent and lst them
Better only 2. 2 photos next to that. 2 under where the seeds and clones are

I think you are utilizing your space very good just perfect your canopy management and thats another step towards max yields.
Given the possibility I would not run temps that high in later flower because it could ruin trichomes.
Make sure your light penetration in the canopy is spot on

Thanks man! That’s been the whole thing. I had 2 plants in here back in the day. Then just did 1. The 400w hps was too hot and I had no exhaust fan. Should I go with a 6” fan instead of the 4”. I have the CO2 bag and was doing the fan cycling on and off (level 10 and level 4 but the temps are definitely creeping up.
Canopy management. What can I do different? I never used a net before. The autos are 1-2’ off the top of the net. The one I made for the photo it was already big. I put thst on after the first week in flower and just bent more branches down. This one I can add another level and another net too. Just keep weaving the branches in there? I have the one circ fan in the pic. There’s another in the top left corner. Just a cheapo. 1 cheap blowing air in and I have another big guy to put in but space….

im hoping to just have the 4 4gal buckets and their controls. I’ve been seeing these ebb n flow set ups that pump water into the buckets so theirs no flood table. I’m thinking about trying to rig something like that up. I don’t love it Bc it leaves a failure point if the pump dies. The plants dry out. RDWC. Pump dies. Plants. Still have water and air.

last is it just because it’s different strains. The one auto is getting fat buds. The other 2 are stretching more still. I’m thinking it’s all traits and that one is just ready sooner and more indica. She’sshort and fat. Like me

Yea setting up canopy is hard. Im on my 9th grow and its going better because its clones but not knowing how its going to end is not easy.

Was told true perpetual is best done with clones and I can see now. Just being couple weeks off not knowing when harvest is due to flipping mother prematurely, Im feeling it.

I dont do dwc I do dtw coco but I perpetuate.

Dude I am chasing this perpetual grow every day. I originally wanted it set up in 3 stages to really keep them coming do a flower, mid flower, late flower. almost 2 months later from this post my auto is at 8 weeks barely any amber, and my photo is 7 weeks that vegged longer and is starting to slowly turn. Thinking a week then flush. The autos man 2 in the tote terrible. prob lost 1/2oz to mold. and just the timing. Totally makes sense, use the same strain and clones. Im doing different strains and from seed.

Oof mold sucks all I do is crank dehuey on full blast and make sure I can see to the bottom of tent from looking above the plant. Prune scraggly sites and every other leaf through out the canopy. Try not to have colas smashed against the wall or eachother.

Im running 55-60rh and still doing good no mold. Yea even perpetuating clones wont finish the same if they are in different enviorments. I have a 2.5x5 a 2x4 and 2x2 to perpetuate with 3x3 veg.

I would have them in one tent if schedule is a concern as my side by side clones were the same but the other tents just finished differently. I think if I grow the smaller plants much smaller they may finish on time.

So yea enviorment means a lot even with clones. My current run is going better, mold resistant. Fully exposed to light. Healthy. Will probably finish 9-10 wks instead of 12 or 13. I had half my garden much happier finish 10wks.

Agree, clones make it much easier for perp grows as you can easily control size, top whenever to control, etc. It took me almost a full year, but now I’ll have anywhere between 40-60 plants vegging with almost all being clones. Only a handful of seeds, which I’m sure you’ll pick out in the pic that are mostly just to clone.
It’s always going to be a balancing act with them not finishing at the same time….. same mother, and 5 clones might be spread out 3 weeks to best harvest.
best of luck! Experiment with them, that’s the best in my opinion with clones is you’re not really out anything if one fails but when you find that one thing that works it’s a game changer.
