I have one plant with two 30 watt CFLs.(I was told one wasn't enough.)
This is my 2nd try.
Its a week and a half old.
Also, when should I transplant?

You can transplant anytime. 60W isn't enough for one plant. Either add another 30W bulb, or just get one 100W, which is the number you're aiming for.

Thats the incandescent equivalent. It really isn't putting out 125 watts of light.

Anyway, as the plant grows larger you will have to add more CFLs. People who flower with CFLs usually have as many as 5 per plant.
