yeah.. before you go out and get better lights do yourself a favor ditch the tin foil and get some mylar, it'll prevent hot spots.
 
Its def getting to big for the computer but im gonna start the flowering sat and if it starts out growing the box fuck it i will pull it out and let it flower somewhere else! Member try and give positive feedback people isnt that what this site is about? We all gotta start somewhere...thanks

Because all the wrinkles and creases in the tin foil reflect light differently and unevenly causing some areas to be hotter than others. Mylar is a smooth surface that evenly reflects light.

Good luck with your grow killa! Hopefully you can keep it small and bushy in there but its going to be tough. If you can get your lights closer and flower sooner rather than later you might be ok. You will have to do some pruning and maybe lst your pants to keep it nice and tiny.
 
Thanks Tetrahyc and longlivemtb...glad you can be understanding! I have also started getting little leaves to grow where the leaves branch off. Im going to 12/12 sat and hopefully ill be able to tell if shes a she or hes a he. Lol but i have really got the feel for growing already and am learning a lot.Im gonna try and keep it posted with pics!
 
I had one of those long sticks that puts bubbles out that are made for a fish tank. I am working on getting another...I accidently broke it so right now the hose is just in the resevoir. How high should i keep the water where the pots are in i usually keep it filled an inch or two from the top filled up. or should the pots barely be in there? I am getting more lights and am starting flowering tomorrow or sat. Any comments and suggestions are HELPFUL!
 
Your kinda using a passive deep water culture, go get an air stone ASAP, wal-mart cheap,cheap.

I like to grow small plants 18in SOG, go 12/12 soon, or they will get too tall for sure.

Getting the airstones tonight....I can start the flowering without the nutrients right? I plan on getting kool bloom monday or tuesday. I figured i would add some of the flora nova nutrients i have now to it until i get the kool bloom.Then change my water out and start fresh with the kool bloom. Any info is appreciated!
 
Dude that's pretty cool, compared to my 2x2 of closet space. I like to see people try to do things differently, Fuck everyone else that doesn't like it...:mrgreen:
 
Went and got the airstones and a timer last night...My plant is looking so fire! I added more lights earlier yesterday and damn has it helped. I cannot wait to start flowering and i will def be keeping you guys updated! Thanks
 
Thanks man setting up the timer tonight and finally going to 12/12. I am excited to see what is going to happen...Hopefully some nice BUDS!
 
Thanks and like i said owell if i only get an 8er, or a mike vick (quarter). To know i grew it and its not sprayed with every little pesticide or however they sneak it in will b enough...more than likely im going to a bigger grow next time. Prob 4 plants. With 4-6 CFL bulbs! But i will try and give you guys an update lets say wednesday? Just keep checking back!
