Hey all - I just joined this site last week. My first grow was plagued with mistakes, but this time around I think I've got it down to a science. Check out these pics - they're White Widow, grown from seed using hydro drip. Started them in rockwool, and then transferred them into Perlite. I keep PH between 5.5 and 6.5, humidity between 65-70%, with a temperature closely kept right around 70 degrees Farenheit. I have two 400W MH hoods, fans, etc. I feed Co2 by way of dropping chunks of dry ice in my humidifier and using a fan to blow the Co2 onto the plants. Anyway, let me know what you think, give me advice if you think I could do this a better way, I'm very open to suggestions!

You have a ways to go still, but they look beautiful - great job!
Thank you! First time around I used soil and it seemed to me to be a very difficult medium to really be able to accurately control nutrient levels, PH balance, etc. This hydroponic system is a dream! I'll post more pics each week. When it comes time for harvest, I'll be begging everyone for advice! lol ... later! bongsmilie

Hey now that's a damned good idea! Thanks! I don't think I can put an HPS bulb in this hood unless I get the right ballast to go with it, but I can certainly see what I can do! Great idea, thanks again!

I neglected to mention that these flowering fems are only in their third week of flowering, so yeah - I've got several weeks left to go.

How far along are they?? White Widow tends to have around a ten week flowering period. Also why are you using medal halide lights, should definitely be using HPS during the flowering cycle..

no prob man. they sell conversion bulbs but there a lil pricey. metal haloids dont produce as much weight but from my exp. they produce allot more trichs. allot more!!!
