This guy was busted for being a MM patient 1 plant over his limit (the first time); and this is what they printed in the paper:
On the first occasion, probation officers found seven marijuana plants, pipes, a bong and a Cheech and Chong movie playing on the TV when they searched Medina’s apartment.

Cheech and Chong movie playing on the T.V.??? What does this have to do w/ being 1 plant over limit???
