This is a Boss Hogg that is on day 2 of flowering. Someone asked for a pic.You must have extremely bad luck...I've run only 5 Dinafem strains next to 3 CC strains and guess which ones turned out better?
CC had a few hermies in his REGULAR seeds(the ones that weren't hermi were frosty)
Dinafem had pure females from feminized seeds(Stinky/Flavorful/Potent)
How do you get hermi from regular bean>in a room that has produced top quality seedless females for 3+ years...
I don't know how I could've caused a hermi when the plants look so green+healthy! Beans can be unforgiving!

I gifted all those strains since then and people still asking me to bring back the Dinafem strains...
I need to try more CC beans because the pheno's I got from his beans were not potent and no one requested CC product over the Dinafem product
I still don't have anything against CC and will be buying more from them because I think hermi are part of growing.
If you can't catch a hermi before they burst balls then you wouldn't be much of a Grower.

dinachem seedling photo. healthy, no problems at all. CFL lighting, roots organic original potting mix w/ perlite added. roots organics trinity, will use buddha grow when needed.
i honestly cant remember how old it is. im bad for not remembering to mark that.
btw thank you for posting some boss hogg pics, feel free the more the better.

nah not exactly... still a big similarity here. the whole thing is that swerve all of a sudden started bashing dinafem about a year or so ago. then when its all over that dinafem is working on a chem strain that chemdog donated some genes to, i geuss, Swerve cranks out a similar product. the underlying idea is that they are both chem 4 lines that were intended to be beefier, more color etc. in reality the boss hogg isnt exactly the same, so i made a huge mistake comparing those directly. i meant to go for the comparison of the GuavaChem and the boss hogg. i had edited that a little while after the op.
either way it would still be great to compare both of them. so the topic is still vaild. two of the most popular strains right now in seeds too.

I will be trying the freebies of boss hogg i got from attitude, the only thing i have to test it against thats similar is alphkronik dawgfather. dont imagine ill find a keeper in two seeds but you never know lol.I could care less about swerve( i never heard of him before reading on here) but there does seem to be some nutsack riding(ie people act like these celebrites shit dont stink) of any pot celebrity here, the way i see it a douche is a douche no matter how good they are at something(ie brad pitt)

The Boss Hogg breeding project started in 2011. Dinachem wasn't even public knowledge until late 2012. Dinachem and Humboldt Seeds Chemdawg are the same plant in the picture, but have different genetics according to the descriptions. Dinafem are full of shit, I don't care how stable their genetics are.

Ummm, she showed sex in veg so it must have been around 5-6 weeks from seed?? I ended up making the decision to put her back in veg and put some Cannaventure Secret OG (some sorta Fire Og x??) in it place as I want to make sure I have that Boss Hog for later as I only ended up with one lady and dont wanna kick myself later for not keeping it around. I will flower a cut in a little while and see whats all up with her after thinking about it. I have something like 11 new strains I am sorting through. Looking for 3 types of plants, something with yield like Critical+ or this Boss, something heady and something to put my ass to bed. Just takes time to work through them but I am sure I will find something.

Will post something soon as I don't want to wake her with poparazzi Flashes LOL. I got this as a Free one also and seems to have been sold out for a while yet. This may very well be one that you may only find floating around in cutting form in the next year... Grape Ape is Such A Strain also.

I have found she is a stocky lady that already has nice crystals on day 10 of flowering and already has that chem smell. Smells so nice! Just wanted to say that the early crystal production impressed me but dont have any other updates as of today other than she isnt stretching that bad at all. I am just hoping its damn strong smoke as I really need some "night time bud". Good growing and until later.......................
