Chem 91 skunk va cut...and 818 Headband...info needed

These will b the next seeds I pop...ive not grown anything from Cali Connection n just curious if these strains are everything they claim to be...if any of u have experience w either strain id love to see pics and hear abt the smoke...thanks

Ive been wantin to know about them too. Ive always heard bad things about them. I think its mostly from the people who get cuts of the real strains and then grow one of these and see that theyre not exactly the same as the clone only and then bash them for making "fake" strains. But who know some seed companies just suck.

I've ran the 818. Very vigorous, buds reek of armpit. The flavor was top notch. Probably one of the tastiest buds I've ever had. It doesn't have a couch lock, so if you're one of the fan's of super potent smoke, you will be dissapointed. I found it to be great day time smoke, similar to sour. I plan on running it again.

I'm sure you'll get the haters but everything I've ran from cc has been better than expected. I kicked out my Buddha tahoe to run a rare dankness grow. I'm regretting it now, out of 2 pack's of doc's og, not one plant compares to the quality of the cc gear.

I popped 8 of the 818 Headbands from CC and ended up with 5 females. They all grow very fast and bushy, they stretch a decent amount when put into flower so keep that in mind Here is a pic of of the third phenotype that i decided to keep in its 4th week of flower.

BTW...I veg for 4 weeks under Sun Masters 600w MH conv lamp, and flower under 600w Hortilux super hps. I'm using the entire Heavy 16 line, Nirvana from Advanced and Open Sesame, Beastie Bloomz, and Cha Ching from Fox Farm. The smell from all of my phenos is identical to sour diesel, they overpower every other strain in the flower room.

I will say that all of my she seeds popped and they look good I would say there's possibly a 3 phenotypes there is one shortSquatAnd BushyOne The Others arr quite tall very very fat leaves.Big Fan Leaves ThaT Can Cover.My Face Lol. I've been told that the smoke and Plant are more of a sativa dominant however the leaves look like straight Indica. playing around and rubbing on some stems last night and I would say 3 or 4 out of my 6 smell exactly like really really good sour D. one has that generic spicy minty smell that most all stems have Mehhhh.... there's one that is SO pungent funky spicy but then finish this off with a sweet smell. oh man I gotta get net trellis in today the first Canopy levell my plan sir already over two and a half feet so reading that the sum of them to stretch a lot I gotta get that under control cause I will be topped out in my 8 Ft Tent ( gorilla garden 5 foot by 9 foot by 8 foot tall with 2k HPS lights 8000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner when needed 20 pound boBotttle co2 usually running two to three of those depending on season during flowering don't really fuck with co2 in veG But iknow I should though right? I have a Titan atlas one and Cronus 4 for dialing in my micro climate with precision if anybody has questions about these products my only gripe would be that using Lumatek c ballast apparently they throw so much are a frequency that it is fucking with my thermostat that is inside the tent the only way to fix this according to them at tight end would be to remotely relocate my ballast to another room which as I'm sure you know that is not very cheap and terms of all that power gauge wire... right now I am just using a simple co2 bottle a soul annoyed and timer and playing around with how long I can soak co2 and turn off exhaust fans without my temperature is getting too hot winter time I can do it 45 minutes okay 15 minutes of summer time its like 15 on 15 of 15 on and off that's when I was going through a shit ton of bottles... had me wondering all summer if co2 really was worth or not as I know everything else has to be dialed in perfectly for co2 to be able to provide the benefit I'm looking for so I also know it is strange dependent and certain plants react better or not at all the co2 some best of luck sorry I'm glad when I'm stoned its early in the morning I just watched my lights come on and had a lot of thoughts running through my head I got a lot of work to do putting up the netting anybody want to share some pictures of some headband 818S? Only thing I grew from c.c. was blackwater..dank bud,sticky,tasty as shit,makes you want to keep breathing in to keep tasting the taste..but..it hermied...I kept it around to see if it was coincidence and the fact I liked the bud..but,still hermied..

It sucks too, because I want to try a lot of c.c. gear,but I'm skittish now,and if it helps with your decision,I blindly bought the seeds without knowing anything of c.c.'s past or reviews..I chose blackwater purely on description alone..so I'm not jumping on the hate wagon I'm just telling you what happened..good luck with your new grow whatever strain you choose!

i know two people who have 818 and it hermied. they wont grow it again. the buds tasted/smelled right, but the high wasnt there.

i cant say too much about the other strain, chem 91.

i can say TCC stuff is VERY prone to hermies, thats a fact. like it or not. just like that blackwater u mention above. theres someone here on RIU with a plant loaded with nanners in the pic.

You know this guy, and you heard this and that?! How is that a "fact" in your world? How can you claim to KNOW anything, your talking out your ass!
In my experience there are great plants in TCC gear, that's a fact based on my own experience rather than a so called fact based on someone elses experience. Maybe you should try some yourself before you go passing judgement.

imvho, he has some quality gear for sure.. the tahoe og, the original drop, regular seeds comes to mind for one.. i ran his larry and bubba, and the bubbas were even fems, and not an issue, other than the bubba not yielding for poo, but i was kind of expecting that tbh.. both were fire though, wasn't much of a fan of the lemon taste on the larry, or i'd have kept it around a bit longer..
saying all that though, swerve sure does have a knack of polarizing the masses for real.. seems people really like his gear, or people really hate it.. probably one of the most polarized breeders out there..
