And gibbs I've crept through your first thread that was pretty funny you really do have so much equipment. But yea guys the chems are under a couple cfls (for warmth) in 1 gallon buckets. And 3 masterkush are under aswell but in 16 oz cups. All plants will be grown their whole lives in promix soil. Gunna be using fox farm liquid nutes. And also - ups website shows my tent and everything won't be later then monday afternoon!!!

im excited lol.. and pro-mix soil is the way to go, i use the HP instead of the BX becuz it drys out quicker so i can get in more feeds.

I can't remember the exact differences, but I remember I was more attracted to the hp than the bx, but thhydro store only had bx which I'm sure will be sufficient for now

ya its fine, i used the BX first and its same quality etc. it just has more vermaculite in it then perlite... so the BX holds water longer then the HP.

SO this pro mix soil is good..I plan on picking some up.3.8 cubic feet for 35 dollars or something like that..
SHould i add more perlite?

It has a lot of perlite in it already. The soil is actually perfect. I've tried 4 or so different "high quality" mixes and pro mix takes the cake. It just feels amazing when wet and almost isn't messy? If that makes sense. It all stays together really nicely

Oh yea forgot to update. .

6 cvk are now about an inch tall, looking nice and green and healthy.

All 6 masterkush popped and had nice taproots. Planted them today in 16 oz cups, again in promix. Gunna be under the 600 w mh conversion tomorrow or tues

me too me too! and ya wyteberry the pro-mix is awsome, it costs me $25 ruffly at Home Depot or $35 at my hydro shop becuz they dont buy in such a big bulk obviously but carry it year round.

I know right now home depot does not carry soil in my town they say its because of the season so i have to get it from the hydro shop or deal with shipping prices..So i guess the hydro shop is my best bet...

ya they should carry that stuff no problem.. i was able to fill up 5 5gal buckets without making that big of a dent in the bail.. i love it.. i would like to go a different route eventually.. mayb some sure-to-grow or something but it is def. the soil choice for me hands down.

Thanks for already confirming my decision..I was thinking 3.8 cubic feet will be able to fill alot of 3 gallon pots and bags...

Hey guys, ran into a few problems receiving my setup via ups, but finally got everything yesterday, and have almost all of it setup. The only thing I'm wondering now is how should I set up my fan/filter and reflector. I got ducting. So I was thinking of doing it - ducting coming from my hood to the top of tent, being connected to fan, 435 cfm valuline fan pulls air up and out, then ducting is connected to other side of fan and then to my PHAT filter.. Is this the best option for me?

Just transplanted all of the masterkush which were in 16oz cups to 3 gal grow bags. That was a fucking pain in the ass lol, promix comes compressed and was in my garage in -20 degree weather.

Well Well Well, look what i found. So this is where everyone has been hideing out? I should have figured as much (Chem Valley and Master Kush) 600 watts great set up what more can you ask for...I'm here and sub'd for this one cant wait to get some more knowledge about the genetics of Cali-Conect beans so far they are really making a name for themselves..Hey T.C i hope you dont mind me dropping a pitch on your thread but i'd trully like it if you would join us over at our new club for the Kush faithful it's in my sig..The Land of Kushmen we are all groing Kush and try to share our experiance good and bad to help each other out That goes for anyone else that would like stop by and check us out..Man my ole lady just opened the glass door to my backyard and let in a cloud of my last grow some Purple Kush and that shit smell like heaven it's been in cure for over a month now..Sweet....Peace and + rep on the fine start....

Bro, I've been getting power plant for months, and no high grades other than that. SOOOO looking forward to having some kush. Before I linked up with the ppp guy, I was paying 250 a oz for bubba kush... Wasn't making any money but damn was it nice.. I long for that coffee smell.

I'd be growing purple kush right now if it wasn't for bc seed king going out of stock on em' lol. Is it true that pk is the largest kush yield? I've heard hindu is great too and master = hinduxhindu.. really looking forward to it. Gunna hit up your group in a sec. Thanks for the post brah

Well welcome back to the Kush my man, yea i know most people are out of the Pk seeds all around the plant i just finished was a 5 pack and i was not happy with the outcome of the beens they were not very good or maybe i fucked up but only 2 germed only i grew and it hermied late on me but still gave up some great Pk smoke..And it was a good yielder better if it had not hermied i think..Peace Have you ever heard of this new one Blackwater Kush look it up check it out sounds like a winner two top strains crossed Mendo Purps x SFV og wow.. :clap:
