i have a plant about 5 weeks from seed. Two of the bottom leaves are turning yellow it is i a 7 gallon pot.The manure is pretty old so its not hot i just don't know how much to use. ive never messed with the stuff and i don't have enough to make tea either any thoughts???

I would topdress at a tbsp per 5 gallons. When I have a deficiency of some sort I figure out what it is and topdress with a tbsp per 5 gal of the fix. Usually works in 2-3 days depending. You could also make a tea at 1 tbsp per cup of water and water with that after 1-2 day, then topdress the leftover poop from the water.

If it's been composted for a while then you should be pretty safe using it. Id start with a tablespoon or two and see how the plants react. You can always add more, which I suspect you will end up doing.

a good safe topdress that is helpful for me is 2 cups of fresh worm castings and about a small palmful of rabbit manure, in your case i'd use a palmful of chickenmanure, and2 cups of EWC and mix them together nicely and topdress with that.
Less is better.
AND, make sure it is indeed a deficiency before adding anything... More often than not it's usually not a deficiency, especially if the plant is 5 weeks old.
just sayin 7 gallons of soil, and a 5 weeks old plant? Probably hasn't used all the nutes in the soil yet, so be sure....
