Child Custody Battle

Well I just filed for full custody of my 2 year old son.........Woooohoooooo lets get this party started.........I feel bad for his mother because Im almost positive I will win this but it's something that needs to be done

No im still with my woman...but she is not the mother of my son....I dont have much time at the moment but I will explain everything later on today

Well it cost me 200 to file for custody....if she has a problem with it then she will have to be the one to take the initiative and get a lawyer Im down for whatever

i hear you!!! my brother just got threw with a custody battle for joint custody it took 3 years and a little over 20 grand. but i am sure you would spend millions if you had to. anyways good luck again an i hope everything goes smoothly and quick for you your kid and your pocket book

my best(male) friend has full custody of his 3 year old daughter as we speak. my brother in law is going to court for custody of his son and has a pi to show what a low life his ex woman is. it looks very good in his favor also.

I got lots of friends in high places How many children do you have?

Consider the effects on your son, my dad had problems getting custody of me when i was younger and it effected me drastically throughout stages in my life.

yeah custody battles are bull shit. I had a close friend who went through that and he committed suicide. that made me promise myself that I would never marry a bitch who I couldn't love for the rest of my life and I would have to be sure she would feel for me.

If you deserve your son and his mother is a piece of shit..then I don't see why you shouldn't get him. but the court may disagree and that's bull shit to me. even thinking about this is making me upset as hell. I got a call at 2 something in the am from this kids mom telling me he's hanging from the ceiling. and the letter was all about the custody battle. it has a huge effect on children...I'll never have sex with just any woman because of that. I don't to get some bitch I don't care about pregnant and have to deal with that or put the kid through anything.

but yeah, I hope you would be a good dad and if that's the case, I hope you get your son. I would always think the kid is better off with the dad to be honest with you. girl or boy.

My son is 2 years and 5 months old....Out of that amount of time I had my son for 22 months....she had him a total of 7 months........Im currently in Houston right know with family......My son was born here so I came back to handle my business.....His mother lives in Oregon....Once I get full custody of my son, I will then go back to Washington.....In the meantime....my son isn't going anywhere, wether the courts say so or not.....and thats a fact
