Chlorine lights question

Hello. Today I stumbled upon a commercial of chinese manufacturers for ChloroBA - a C2 lamp with 4 bulbs and 255w power.
They claim it yields 5 pounds per plant.
Has anyone tried chlorine lights and is the yield stated even remotely possible?

Now I could be wrong, but I believe that those are just LED lights that have some sort of a chlorinated liquid filled globe a lens.
EDIT: Upon closer inspection it just looks like bubbled glass, I think the chloro might just be part of the name
