FINAL COMMENTS: I purchased this strain for 2 reasons, i like chocolate and i love Mr.Soul's genetics , and the strain gets its chocolate from "Chocolate Trip" which is Choco Thai x Indigo Indica....the chunk side comes from Tom Hills "Deep Chunk" which is an inbred Afghani line from the 70's.
In all i found this strain real nice to smoke, if you like Kush or Afghani then yul enjoy this one, i did find it to have a slight sativa high at first and that unmistkable Chocolate Thai after taste in one of the phenos was awesome.
Potency wise i thought she lacked a lil bit considering the smell and resin she put out, but a big bowl or a fat joint fixes that. The tatse of this weed is full bodied and very bold! It smacks you in the nose when you open the jar, one of my buddies actualy said it smelled like B.O. lol which one pheno does have a stanky scent to it like sweaty ass.
If your a fan of old school tasting weed and highs, then youl really like the Chocolate Chunk. The stone starts off rather sativa for about 10 mins, you almost think its not potent for a min or two, then it kicks in, slowley your face and your eyes feel tight, your sinus gets a lil tingle in it and life is good. About 10 mins into the bizz you start to feel the Afghani effects in your body but the sativa high still remains in the background of your mind.
The only downside to this strain IMHO was potency, i had to smoke more than normal to get were i wanna be, the upside is its taste. Mind you im hard on weed potency as a judge cuz my receptors are pretty burnt at this point in life lol..Its one of the most flavorful smokes ive had in a while, it was a nice break from the rest of the weeds i normaly smoke. Alot of my friends enjoyed this strain and thought it was potent, so its no slouch. I would recomend this to anyone who digs old school weed or anyonew whos looking for somethign different to keep in the stash jar.
