christmas trees real or artificial

can i just say i am so totally siked for xmas that i might explode.
seriously, why does november take so looooong to finish?!
 
do not use a living tree or the fake one..save the planet, keep it green...use your own home grown trees if ya can..how beautiful does it get..
 
I got a fake tree for my daughters. It's actually a stripper pole. I told them the branches were on back order. Then, I'll get them a "Stripping for Dummies" DVD for christmas.

I know it's kind of white trash for me to want my daughters to learn to strip, but how else will they make a good living. They're dumb as shit, blonde, and have big boobs.

lmao...just kidding.
 
possibly a real tree this year but i bought my mother a victorian aluminum tree off of ebay. that shit cost 2/3 hundred bills, but it came with the original box /inspection certificate, and in perfect condition. well worth it. it looks shiny as all hell though but she loves it. they were going in the store for 6 hundred or so. The one i bought was from the late 70's/early 60's and the quality is 2nd to none.

how is buying real christmas trees not saving the planet?

christmas trees are actively grown in HUGE plantations, in the thousands upon thousands, purely for people to be able to buy at christmas, if noone wanted real trees, well then no more would be planted due to no demand, and no photosynthesis etc for the umpteen years until it is chopping size.

Well u smart dude...Im talking about how things are being done where i live...no plantations around...But many, many woods, woods that you have never seen...:o:clap::clap::clap:

SO you reccon they refertilise those plantations where the tree would naturaly have fallen and decayed and refed the environment?
I bet they farm trees till the ground is barren and move on.
 
maybe where you live. where i used to live as of a year ago, everything was sustainable etc.

and i can't comment on where you live growspace, but in the UK, i have never heard of people jsut wandering into the woods for a tree, everyone tends to end up at a christmas tree "shop"

but hey, at the end of the day i don't really care, unless you're a christian celebrating christmas for what christmas is, then i couldn't give a rats ass about the thing :D i don't think non-christians should celebrate crimbo at all tbh
