Chronicles of Cultivation

That's exactly what I said I just need 1. Because imma learn how to clone with these.
Cloning is pretty simple, you're gonna love it. The riot plugs have a really high success rate.
Mother plants need constant pruning, and I always end up with way too many clones. I will root cuttings in straight soil, knowing that 50% of them wont make it. LOL.

Coincidentally, I bought some plugs two days ago because I really want to keep an Amnesia Haze father for a new breeding project.IMG_20241127_101921759.jpg

I have those plugs. I'm using them to air layer. I'd love to harvest a plant. Lop off the rooted branch and keep rolling...anyways.

I don't go very high tech with clones. I take a lot of them so I just use a jar of tap water on the stove.

That is good to know. Ive never thought about using the plugs for air layering.

Day 16

We're growing closer to flower everyday. I think the Cap Junky is getting acclimated well. We did a light defoliation this week retied some branches. She is about to pop, and when she does we will get her moved over to the Bloom Oasis. Delighted to have this GG4 make it, she is going to be our cloning volunteer until Cap finishes. Still hitting everything with Jack's 321 @ 321 lol. I feel like she could take more feed but we aren't running hard yet and limited by the cool temps.

They're both looking great, very nice!

Edit...fwiw you can put a wire around your airpot it gives you numerous fixing points.

For regular pots you can spin eyes into wire it only takes a moment with a pen etc anything rounded I used a paint brush that was to hand :eyesmoke:

Day 23
Cap junky and GG4

It's about that time baby! The Cap Junky is ready to go to the Bloom Oasis. Next week we will transplant into the final 7 gal pot. Stripped alot of the older growth this week, retrained some branches. I thought about pruning but I'll wait until we get under the first trellis and have a better look. Still feeding Jacks 321 @ 321 with significant runoff, tribus every Friday @ 2ml per gallon with little to no runoff.
