quit those things a couple years ago and havent looked back, old hippie friend of mine was like why do you even smoke those they dont get you high. i thought he had a good point

I quit in 2010, with help of this site, LoL. I was told I "better not" start smoking again. So, I did. I'm stupid. I need to quit again.

I smoke a pack and a half a day and have no desire to quit. With my luck the day i quit ill get killed by a bus or some shit. Hell everything causes cancer these days so i say fuck it. Smoke em up.

I bought a roller=10$(One time buy)
tubes=1.25$(200 count)
A LB of tobacco=10$
I can roll about 5 cartons to a pound... So I guess less than 5$
But I have to roll them so you have to spend time... I can sit down, watch a movie and roll 3 cartons by the end of the movie

Actually No. Basically it's to help you quit, your body is use to putting a cig to the mouth. So with less nicotine,(basically water vapor) you're lowering your tolerance. Pretty soon you won't fein a cig and eat somethin instead.
That's how my dad quit, everytime he wanted a cig, he just ate some food

With the E cig, every Cap has .4mg of nicotine, whereas every "Real Cigarette" has 1mg
Do you know how much Nicotine it take to over dose and die? 24mg within 30 minutes.
Which is why tobacco companies only put 20 cigs to a pack... If someone dies, they can say the did it on perpose for opening another pack.

Treating the withdrawal effect on your DOC is meant to be a temporary measure in order to stabilize patient.. not lifetime comittment..I heard that chantix works really good
btw..the reference to "kick" dope is from withdrawing not overcoming it..when you withdraw you can't control your legs hence "the kick" or "kicking"

I used the patch before. One day I put one on
and went and worked outside in the hot sun.
I was sweating hard and before I knew it I was
disorientated and sickly. Felt like I was ready to pass
out.
I probably absorbed the whole patch in less than an hour. Probably
the crappiest I ever felt.
