you are right, some of my best phenos have been from f2s, the reason i like f1s and defend it so is because of the uniformity, i like to grow sog stlye personally so i like no variation, i like 30 girls, 25gs a piece no crappy crap f2 that gets 7 inchs tall and only flowers a little bud, ive had that hapen 2 many times, it debatable til the day we both die i hope i didnt offend and i apologize again if i did bongsmilie
Bro, I think that you being able to say why you don't like F2's is good enough reason for people not to get offended. You said you don't like them as much, and you stated facts about why you don't. If your opinion offended people, then people need to broaden their horizons and try to see things from your perspective as well as their own.

the most stable with an even stretch that ive grown lately is the grapefruit kush seeds,it was like growing clones.i remember years ago my buddy did romulan and a northern lights cant remember the # and white widow.it was the most stable line of seeds you could expect (and skunk#1 but i cant remember them though).now you buy seeds you get some branchy, some stretch like mad some not, some ready in 8 some ready in 11,but the biggest difference now is you hear way more about hermies then ever before, yet every thing today is top notch(equipment and knowledge),i can still remember my uncles plants in the early 70,s that room was a list of what not to do.but if i could meet one seed breeder it would be sam the skunkman hands down.so some like variation some like stability.it it easier to find variation today then stability that's a fact.

the sensi NL that i grew in the late eighties and early nineties were very much like clones in seed form. maybe a two inch difference in almost all plants grown in a 36plant SOG with a month veg time.
