I do understand who said that when your head rubs in your pants/boxers/whatever it hurts and there might be a loss of sensitivity for those who are cut (not because of the operation itself, but because of years of friction).
In some ways I agree that circumcision is "safer". But if you wash your dick and take care of your little boys dick carefully, the foreskin won't stick together and there won't be any problems.
The one disadvantage to being uncut is you have to wipe your dick if you don't want to have piss in your boxers.
