But if there is a measurable difference in outcome, is that not proof of a systemic problem?
There is also a measurable difference in crimes reported. That could explain the difference in outcomes between the populations as well as a "systemic" problem.

When I think, "systemic racism," I think about a "system" that applies differently to individuals based on their race. The "system" by which students are admitted to college, for instance, applies differently to individuals based on their race. This is clearly an example of systemic racism.
You don't know one person denied admission because of a minority . Not one.

It would be impossible to know. When a less qualified individual is given the spot because of their race, someone doesn't get that spot. I'm pretty sure there is a lawsuit against Harvard currently. Asian folks, I think.

It's called affirmative action. Starlett Quarles is an example. About 23 minutes into her interview with Jesse lee Peterson on the fallen state, she talks about it in depth.
You don't have clue what affirmative action really is. Your white power pride prevents you from admitting that a person other than a white one could be the best one for the job. What affirmative action does is drive businesses to search out talent, not just let it come to them.

The supreme court does though.

"The Supreme Courtruled on Monday that white firefighters in New Haven were subjected to race discrimination when the city threw out a promotional examination on which they had done well and black firefighters poorly."

I even used a superly duperly mega liberal source so there's no arguement of reporting bias.

You young ones whikning. I was actually subjected to it. Told they couldn't hire anymore white guys. Used my GI Bill to go to nursing school.

Story shortened - in 34 years never met or worked with a minority that showed any sign of being there because they were "colored".

Houwever i worked with numerous white shitass doctors who were doctos because daddy was or their dad was a lawyer who knew docs who got them into medical school and their lack of skills or empathy was obvious and noted. By others. White privilege offset by some clearer thinking .

You said minorities never get preferential treatment over whites, ever. Not true. All races at some point get better treatment. And when that happens it's wrong in all cases and isn't "payback."

I find it amusing lefties term of minorities when ,besides jews who are also considered white on the US census, white people are the least populous people in the world. It's like you guys make shit up then cite your made up lies as proof. It's like complaining against Christians using the Bible as a source.

My doctor is a white woman. How are they? Better than the white men or just as bad?
