No, we need a picture of the nodes, you cant tell the sex of a plant by looking at the leaves of the plant. Get an up close picture of the nodes where the branches meet the stem.
But it may still be too early to tell
Going by the lanky structure, my guess is it could be male.
If you top off any branches put the cutting in a glass of water under 12/12 so it can show sex.
You also get a test kit you can send in with some plant material and they can tell you if it came from a male or female.
