Claw leaves. Help appreciated.

Hello,

One of my plants is showing signs of stress. She is heavily clawing her leaves, while the other 10 plants are fine this one seems to have this problem. I was wondering what this is. Looks like overfert or too much water? Don't mind the white dust, it's diatomaceous earth because I have a few thrips.
