Clawed leaves

One of my plant has developed clawed leaves over the last 3 days.
My watering schedule is fine so I reckon it is a Nitrogen problem.

I’ve actually only fed it nutes twice then stopped when I noticed this happen. It is right at the end of week 3.
It is grown in pre-made Westland potting soil

How do I get my leaves nice again?

Too much nitrogen. Im not sure whats in that soil, never heard of it. Does it have time released nutes?
 
No idea whats in it, just says can feed up to 6 weeks. I wouldnt feed again until the plant looks like it needs it, your leaves are on the darker green side i would say its good for now. Try getting potting soil where the ingredients are at least listed so you know what to add as it grows.

Yeah definitely too much nitrogen
