3 gallon pots
Top layer happy frog
Middle ffof
Bottom layer strawberry fields

First month just recharge every 2 weeks and some silica.

camag every watering

they’ve started to flower (auto flowers).

anyone know why I’m getting clawing on the leaves?
I have the fans pointed at the walls of the tent so they aren’t in a hurricane . My electric sky is at the top of the tent about 18-24 inches above what they recommend. Temp is 80-70.
I’m watering every time I lift the pot and it’s light. Feeding has been the nutrients in the soil and just added some Earths Dust Bloom nutrients.

Please help!!

You don't need the calmag. Why are you using it? If you're using tap water there will be plenty. Plus all those soils have calcium in them already from the oyster shell and lime. The Strawberry Fields also has fertilizer in it. You didn't need to add the Earth Dust either. No need for the silica as well.

Yup calcium/magnesium compete with the uptake of potassium. This may well hurt your yield if not corrected.

Thanks everyone for the awesome information. I just thought that after about a month the nutrients would be used up already in my soil since it’s fox farm and not organic living soil. That was my reason for giving it earths dust and all the extra crap.

Overwatered and you dont need calmag in soil. Let her dry out, give water only next time. Then feed around 1ec with your bloom nutes every other watering. Auto's typically eat less, so you may need to lower EC or just give water more often. Wait and see approach.

So I’ve just been giving them water. These plants are in three gallon pots. I won’t transplant. So I’ve been giving calmag because it seems every video I watch recommends calmag with every watering when under LEDS. I supplemented the soil with Earths dust because I have seen people saying that non organic living soil will run out of nutrients around 27 days. Maybe it’s all diff w autos. This is my first run with autos.
